This is my GSXR750 in Open Supersport at Portland International Raceway in 1993

Mike Hailwood once said of multi adjustable suspension " With a million possible adjustments you still only get one good setting and a million minus one bad ones." (or something close to that) This site is dedicated to making sense of those clickers as well as adjusting the nut that is behind the handlebar. Each page has some pics and a bio of its featured rider (I am only on this page) Enjoy your stay, and please sign the guestmap!

This is me and my RZ 350 in a 450 superbike race at Seattle International Raceway and in a Middleweight Superbike Race at Portland International Raceway

This is me when I was 9 years old wheelie-ing my XR80

My name is Jess and I started riding at the age of 9 on my XR80 after falling off the back of my dad's XL500 a few too many times. By the end of that first summer I would steal that XL500 and ride it on the beach in the Queen Charlotte Islands. Nothing special you would think, but I could barely touch both pegs with my feet while sitting on the seat, let alone the ground with either of them. I would slide over and get my foot on the kickstand ( a stretch) and use it for a leg extension! good times! I probably looked pretty funny to other beachgoers! I started riding street bikes when I was 16 and did a bit of roadracing until I broke 17 bones in one fall and resulted in 3 operations lasting a total of 5 hours. I spent a year in rehab and 2 more paying for it! I was also hit while riding my motorcycle head on by a drunk driver in 2002 breaking a further half dozen bones and adding another 4 surgeries and another 7 hours of anesthesia sleepytime. I still have a bum knee because of it! I still ride a 2001 YZF-R1
